All international orders are fulfilled by Printful. For returns and exchanges, please refer to Printful’s Return Policy.
Damaged or Defective Items

Returns & Exchanges in Sweden
Return Eligibility
Returns for products shipped from our storage (including GW items and other in-stock products) are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
In-Store Returns
Visit Our Store: Bring the product along with your receipt to our physical store to initiate a return.
Inspection: Our staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets return criteria.
Approval: Once approved, you can choose between a refund or store credit.
Refund Process
Refunds for products from our storage will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items
